Design of Photovoltaic Plants (Casablanca)
- DESIGN OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PLANT has been used for years in construction and engineering.
- The 3D models integrated in BIM are made for all the electromechanical systems of the plant (metallic structures, calculations, electrical equipment) as well as civil works (earthworks, roads, trenches and pipelines, etc.).
Design of Photovoltaic Plants (Agadir)
- A 40 MWp (installed power) and 36 MWn (nominal power) photovoltaic plant is being studied for production analysis in Cadiz.
- The Pvsyst software is used for simulating plant production, analyzing operation, and assessing annual production for feasibility.
- Plant characteristics, including module layout, inclination, height above ground, and terrain data, are input into the software to simulate radiation and shading throughout the year.
- Simulations use meteorological data to evaluate energy production, performance, and loss factors, providing insight into the plant’s feasibility.
- Simulation results help adjust plant parameters like string pitch, series/parallel panels, and tilt to optimize performance.
Foundations in Wastewater Treatment Plant (Barcelona)
- Civil engineering design and calculations were performed for the foundation of PFRV tanks and the technical house of a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in Galicia.
- Appropriate calculation software was used to analyze forces transmitted to the foundation, ensuring an optimized solution.
- The foundation design utilized reinforced concrete slabs (30 cm thick) following local construction codes, considering the construction of a precast concrete block building with a tile roof for the technical house.
3D Electric trays and support (Morocco)
- A 3D integration of the aerial canalization system using electric trays was conducted for the entire desalination plant.
- The support structures were analyzed, providing a complete three-dimensional visualization of the plant’s engineering.
Renovation of the equipment and electrical building of the International Airport of Goma (Congo)
- Electrical equipment engineering design was completed for the power center at an international airport.
- The project’s scope included renovating the power center building.
Earthing System for Solar Photovoltaic Plants (Casablanca)
- Cost-effective and optimized grounding system solutions are developed for photovoltaic plants.
- The focus is on reducing earthing resistance (Rg) to standard-permitted values and ensuring safe step and contact voltage limits inside and outside the plant.
Instrumentation and Control Project in Croncrete Plant (Mexico)
- Detailed engineering for the Instrumentation and Control system of a concrete plant was completed, including design criteria, control architecture, and signal lists.
- Work included routing all wiring, sizing cable ducts and trays, preparing drawings, and creating technical specifications for control charts, cables, trays, and conduits.
- The project featured approximately 900 signals across 5 control boxes, with a comprehensive 3D model showing all electrical elements, panels, and trays.
